Temperature: 80*
This observation was done in the Municipal Rose Garden. Bush Park, Salem Or. It’s late in the afternoon really hot temperature seems about low 80’s. I’m sitting in a bench, thinking about the observation I will make today. So many beautiful roses in front of me, sitting in this bench I can see a couple of joggers on the trail. This trail goes all around the park, it part of the cross-country course. The sound of swoosh hits my ears and as I look up. I see a family of three dad and mom playing with little Ryan. Apple hitting the branches, trying to knock down some apples. Ryan is underneath the tree yielding “dad why are you trying to hit me”. As I keep observing facing north rose garden shines in the sun light. This garden has many little rectangles filled with roses; there is not just one type of rose in this garden. The possibilities are endless; the colors rang from red, yellow, pink, white and peach. From the corner of my eye I see this blue t-shirt and you wouldn’t believe who it was, it’s professor David seems he’s on a run. He’s on the trail that runs all around the park.
