I went in front of Montag to take a look at some of the bushes that grow in the gardens in front of the building. There are several bushes that are low to the ground, purple, and covered in thorns. I am somewhat curious as to why they are in the garden, because they do not have any flowers at all, and because of their thorns, they don’t seem like the recreational kind of bush that one would put in a garden. Maybe they have flowers but they are not in bloom. There are also some small bright red flowers that cover a small section of the garden. The garden with different flowers really brighten the area in front of Montag.
