Location: Behind Baxter at the Construction site
Weather: Cloudy
Time: 1110-1130 hours
I am sitting on the steps behind Baxter in the same place as yesterday. However, this time I wanted to look more closely at some of the ways that the construction is affecting the garden plants that live directly next to it. There is still the dust on everything, and now that I look at some of the plants that are growing directly next to the construction, there is a significant amount of dead plant as part of the plant. Some bushes have lost entire sections and two small plants that are growing almost directly adjacent to the construction site have almost completely died, all of their leaves have wilted and they are hanging down. The dust or some other effect from the construction is obviously having an effect on the plants in the areas near the construction site as well as the animals.
